Message From Founder

Early on in my technology career, I recognized that the majority of IT folks did not have good people skills. I know what you’re thinking…that’s kind of like telling you I discovered that Texas summers are hot and humid…kind of obvious! Ha, but within my simple realization, I saw an opportunity.

What if I could use my people skills to find other people-oriented technology folks? We could find companies who needed help, and who wanted to work with IT experts that kept things simple and just solved issues. We wouldn’t talk down to people, or quickly fix something on their computer and run away without explanation. We would look them in the eye, listen, fix their issue and make sure they were happy. Simple communication – simple solutions.

Being the friendly geek has been my strength, and understanding how a business works has come with experience. I have learned how to run a "Perfect Operation," but more importantly I can adapt to my environment and make do with the available resources.

Since founding my first business in 1995, I have grown steadily and am making a new push in 2010 to get back to the top in the industry. My new approach is to help small businesses on a daily basis. When I find a problem that is common, I will create a solution and make it a new service that we offer.

So my mission continues: Combine people skills and technology expertise to solve client issues.
